Formulation

Four peptides in one pre-mixed cartridge. Combining a copper complex with three other peptides is difficult in plain bacteriostatic water. KLOW is formulated in PolyStase, a buffer designed so that all four can be supplied together.

The compounds

  • GHK-Cu: copper tripeptide, studied in extracellular-matrix research
  • BPC-157: synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide, studied in connective-tissue biology
  • TB500: synthetic peptide fragment of thymosin beta-4, studied in research on actin regulation and cell migration
  • KPV: the tripeptide lysine-proline-valine, a C-terminal fragment of alpha-MSH, studied in cell-signalling research
